If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. You may also request to close your own nagabet account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, nagabet will process the closure immediately and apply a cooling-off period during which re-registration will not be permitted.
